Leading HR – It is important for me to drive myself to increase my knowledge and activity in my HR role to further benefit my organisation, although this would be an area for development, I am currently able to engage with my stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds and utilise the experience I currently have, I endeavor to leverage my knowledge of the HR remit within my organisation and seek coaching, feedback, advice and mentoring from my senior manager – it is essential for me to share such insights with my team to ensure that we are able to successfully deliver in line with expectations of our organisation
