Bananas ‘n’ Cream Squares (King Squares)
Ingredients: ¾ cup chilled butter, 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 package cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1 container frozen whipped topping, 4 ripe bananas, 2 packages banana or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling, and 3 cups milk.
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven to 350F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Take a bowl, add flour then cut butter in it. Mix the mixture until crumble like texture appears. Then, add ½ cup pecans and mix the mixture. Pour the mixture in the baking dish and press it. Bake the dish for 10-15 minutes. Take another bowl, add cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar in it and beat the mixture with the help of an electric beater. Now, add whipped topping in it and mix the mixture. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust. Now, cut bananas and spread over the cream cheese layer. Take another bowl, add pudding mix and milk and beat with the help of electric beater. Spoon the mixture over bananas along with the remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle pecans on it and chill for 1 hour.
