A working relationship is someone who you would communicate whilst at work or carrying out work duties whilst away from work in a professional manner. This can include contact with fellow colleagues to other professionals such as nurses or GP’s. Whereas a personal relationship is classed as someone you see outside of work, meaning you don’t have certain boundaries that you have at work. You have personal relationships with your family and friends and in some certain cases work colleagues you see outside of work which you have developed a friendship with. that is all i have to say thanks
